There are more than 30 SMT lines in total.The factory uses a large number of GDK SMT equipments.Solder paste printer,AOI and SPI are developed and produced by GDK.Many other equipments are also provided by GDK., including Hanwha chip mounter, reflow oven, linking conveyor, DIP production line, etc.
